Peas and carrots

It seems that we are a bit better at this parent stuff the second time around. Neither myself or Jena are AS exhausted as we were the first time. Declan seems to be a bit more chill and not as touchy. We have already celebrated Cinco de Mayo and went to the park. Things never thought possible with Marin at first. Marin is still in a bit of a daze as to what she thinks about this Declan kid. She has been acting out a bit but is also a two year old so that should come with the territory.

Ahh one last thing...people have been asking how we pronounce Declan. It sounds like DECK-LAN.

Fast friends... While we are looking of course
Did I mention some regression

Pac-Man trying to eat my son.

Shiver me timbers it's Pirate Marin (not like the Somali but like the boucanier)

Marin has been teasing her hair and listening to Def Leopard

In case people want to know who Declan looks like

Bliss...

Declan partaking in the Cinco de Mayo festivities...

Marin and VoVo checking out the scene

Not sure why this imported like this...must have been all the weed Declan was smoking

So the purple haze has cleared and still sideways

Was she dressing or undressing...you decide.

All my children...(hey this gives me a great idea for a soap opera)

Does Declan enjoy hanging out in the bean bag? Our Arabella enjoyed hanging out in her Bumbo seat ON our kitchen counter while my husband did the dishes oh so long ago....babies are funny like that. ;)

Hello Boppy! He is our best friend, isn't he Jena?! I have that cover - it's so soft. I don't think my Boppy ever tried to eat my babies though...

I think Marin in the baby seat is simply precious. But she's always precious :) Congrats on being more mobile with our #2! We were less skittish with Arabella as well...we even let people hold her without washing their hands *gasp!*

Thanks for posting more photos Paul!! They always make me smile :)
