Happy Birthdays
A very happy birthday to Grandma Caudill!
And a very happy 5th birthday to one Alex Trebek Slosberg! Today was a wild weather day. We had rain, sleet, snow, and get this: THUNDER SNOW. It was cool and at first kinda scary. Marin didn't think much of it. Business as usual today; Marin was cute 90 percent of the time. Jena went all Betty Crocker and made Alex some home made dog biscuits. Alex was pleased and for once he got to lick the spoon. This evening while getting her infant massage (yeah I know) she became very fussy, I mean pissed off (pun intended). Since our chakras were aligning and the haze of incense blocked our view... we had no clue what was going on. I asked dear Jena to turn on the lights and put down the ceremonial drum. Ah Ha!! Marin was so relaxed that she evacuated her bladder. Thankfully we had those pee pad things under her (thanks Mike and Shelby). Bad news was that Marin was now in a puddle of pee. This is not good for removing free radicals. We decided to retreat from cloud nine and got her cleaned up and in bed time cloths.
Alex is still trying to get Marin to play catch.

The Colic Demon is willing the mobile to spin.

One of Alex's birthday gifts. I think on the tag it said "tough enough for even the most tenacious of chewers"....hmmmm this is the doll about 4 minutes after getting it.

Marin was waiting patiently for me to get the milk to her desired temperature.

It doesn't get much better than this.
